Is this the strangest
Japanese Ice Cream around? I have already posted about
Jellyfish Ice Cream,
Oyster Ice Cream and
Natto Ice Cream (have you seen or tasted Natto , yuck), well this one is up there with them - Salmon Ice Cream! It is soft serve mixed with dried salmon made into a pebbly texture - that would mean fishy lumps in ice cream ... not for me thank you.
