Green Tea Tempura Ice Cream

Japanese Green tea ice cream encased in pound cake, battered and fried.
The green tea ice cream looks a little off-putting, the colour is not quite right but I bet this tastes great.

Houjicha - Japanese roasted green tea ice cream.

Another soft cream style of Japanese Ice Cream. This one is light brown in colour and the flavour is a type of roasted green tea called houjicha. No idea what the ice cream tastes like but I have had the roasted tea before and didn't like that.

Sea Salt and Citrus Soft Cream.

I am not too sure about this combo of Japanese Ice Cream! Now the citrus part sounds good and I am sure it would be great... but the Sea salt half? Umm, no, I don't think so.

I have to admit it does look good though.

Wasabi Ice Cream phone strap

Wasabi Ice Cream toy.
This isn't exactly a Japanese Ice Cream but it is close enough. It is Wasabi Ice Cream (well really soft cream) but as a plastic/ vinyl toy that you hang off your phone. I would love a toy like this as a freebie (free giveaway) Cute isn't it?
