Japanese Matcha ice cream with azuki bean.
Yum, this Japanese ice cream was perfect, Matcha ice cream with azuki bean. The Azuki bean was just how I like it cooked and sweetened just right and the Match (green tea) ice cream was wonderfull as the intense flavour was bursting out. Great Japanese Ice Cream.

Hello there,
Is there a known ice cream shop in Japan that you recommend? It doesn't matter where it is, just as long as it's good.
I've been searching for a while, but it seems to me that Japanese sell their ice cream either in vendors at the streets or in markets =S
I just buy from vendors I like it better than commercial brands or haagen daz. haagen daz is yukky.

When making green tea ice cream do you have to get specialized matcha like this - green tea ice cream? Or will any matcha work?
That match you are selling on your site would be fine but it's way too expensive - any matcha will do for ice cream.
